The Best Delicious Moist Banana Bread

Sharing is caring!

Are you a lover of all things bread? Do you love to bake but truly suck at it? If you answered yes to both of these questions then you will absolutely love this recipe! This delicious moist banana bread is so good and easy, even my picky little munchkin devoured it! Which isn’t a total surprise because he is a long time lover of all things banana.

This is by far the best banana bread I have ever had! Its dense yet fluffy at the same time. It’s extremely moist and sweet (but not to sweet). This recipe is simple but packed with flavor! It’s like I’ve said before, simple is sometimes better. In fact its so simple you can even recruit your littles to help. Or if your looking for a little alone time then this is the perfect option for after the kiddos go to bed or during nap time!

Now let’s get started on this delicious moist banana bread!

First you want to get out all the ingredients, which are listed below.

You want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan. I used spray coconut oil but you can use what ever you have on hand.

Now in a medium mixing bowl you want to add the 4 bananas and mash with a fork until smooth, or as smooth as you can get it. Keep in mind the older the banana the better, if there to firm they wont mix very well.

Add in 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 egg beaten, 1 pinch of salt and 1/3 cup melted butter.

Add in 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour.

Once the mixture is completely mixed together add to the greased loaf pan.

Put the pan in the oven and set timer for 50 minutes. You want to make sure a toothpick comes out clean once inserted, if not put back in for 5 minutes.

Once fully cooked, remove the bread from the pan and set on cooling rack.
